Coronavirus (Covid-19)

Like many organisations, we have been working hard to protect people that come into our building from Coronavirus. We have carried out a Risk Assessment and have put into place a number of measures to help prevent the spread of the virus, such as increased cleaning. We have currently paused all regular activities at our Hall while we finalise plans to re-start our programme. However, we are still providing support to our community and are holding our Sunday Morning Meetings (Services) online. Please contact us for details of our online Meetings (Services). Please note that numbers for certain events and activities may be restricted to help us manage ‘physical distancing’. You may need to book in advance. To avoid disappointment, please contact us for more information before attending. We ask that everyone who comes into our premises follows some basic precautions: 1. Please do not come into our premises if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been told to self-isolate. Please see the NHS Wales Website for more information about the symptoms and to get advice on how to get tested. 2. Please use the hand sanitiser provided when you enter the building. 3. Please observe ‘physical distancing’. The regulations in Wales requires that a 2-metre (6’ 6”) distance is maintained between you and people who are not in your household (or extended household) when you are on our premises. 4. Please wear a face covering while you are at our premises, unless you have a valid reason why you cannot wear one. 5. We may operate a one-way system at certain times and some areas of the building may be closed off. Please follow the signs and posters which will direct you around the building. 6. We have removed books and other resources from use. You may wish to bring a Bible with you for your personal use. 7. When you enter the building, you may be directed to sit in a particular place and you should remain seated until you are told you can leave. Please hang your coat on the back of your own seat and not on the coat-hooks. 8. Finally, while we appreciate that people want to talk to others, we do not encourage socialising with people outside of your household (or extended household) before, during or after our activities, inside or outside of our premises. For more information about Coronavirus, please see the Welsh Government Website.
